8 ta phoned me for a contract. In thr first place they told me the free minutes is for telkom to telkom. Not telkom to telkom mobile because i ask them specificly about that. Otherwise i would not take it. Then about to months ago they did no take off the money on the debit order date witch is on the 1st. Five days later i need money so i used some of it in my accound witch my husband would pay back that afternoon. Then they took off the money and there was not enough, so i payed a penalty fee of R60 at the bank. That one i can see through, but then they try to take it off again and again and everytime its R60. So i ten wanted to pay in the money manually and the did get there debit order thru. All my money, even the month before that, wich a did pay in. So i went to the bank and the return the debit order and now i see they try to put the debit order thu again. They keep taking my money on bankfees and i am fad up with it. I reall dont have money to waste. I want the bankfees bank witch is there fault and i want the debit order stoped. I did fone them twise and the just dont respond.
