On 17/09/2013 I logged a query because my sms'se to 5digget numbers doesn't go out. I can't sms to 32779 or inter any competition nor rent a movie on box office. I received ref nr 3091700616 and nothing happened the I phoned again and received ref nr 3100101908 on 01/10/2013 until now 14/11/2013 I can't send sms to the numbers and I don't get any feedback nor help.
