I just purchased the 200gigs data on 18 Nov 13. Never realise until I wanted to use it that the network is ridiculously slow. And its not a signal problem as the status bar indicates a good reception. I can't even use Google. Basically my internet is crippled. I feel as this is daylight. There is nothing wrong with my device and pc as I used it before on a different package from cell c. Is Cell C tricking the customers by selling them a useless internet package where they are not mentioning that its throttled. I only tested it once yesterday and it seemed fine while I was in the cell c store. Just loaded google to check if it connects. Now it loads on google but basically can't even search because it's so slow. It's only the second day I got this. Will cell c refund me. R1799 is alot of money and I was tricked into thinking its a bargain. I guess that's what you get for going the cheapest. I'm so disappointed and helpless. Not sure if it is a network problem or if it is always going to be throttled at certain times rendering it useless. At present its my first sit down with it and I'm fuming with irritation. People have a right to be given what they paid for!
