I bought a data bundle Gega 200. but after a month cell C is not allowing me to use my Data bundle. I have full reception from the tower but I cannot surf internet. What is a purpose of selling the bundle when you cannot supply the produce? I have tried using many different devices and for many weeks be the result is same. I have to click 10 times to open Google with 3g reception.
And it's not only me who is experiencing this problem in Fourways. All the people I speak to in fourways have to same problem with cell c.
The internet quality is gone from bad to unusable.
Some one from cell C please do something about this. I am going to ask every one in my area to log many complains. maybe then you will listen.
