We have been querying these ref numbers for 4 months now!!! Im over it we can settle this in court if need be, they are useless and pathetic!!! If i was your CEO if would be ashamed to say the least!!! And talk about bad service i would advise everyone to stay away from Cell C im switching networks and you wont see a cent until i start seeing some feedback at least!!!
