No service, shocking network

After 17 calls to the "Customer service" centre, 3 Hellopeter complaints, numerous Facebook complaints - I am still no closer to getting any assistance from CellC. I have had 3 months of the worst service and the worst network coverage imaginable. Every day I struggle with 0 data speeds, constant call cutoffs (sometimes 5 -7 cutoffs on a 10min call). I get handed from the "customer service" department to the networks department and back - with no help. I have spoken to Arisa, Prabashni, Belinda, Shaheed, Sissa, Lerato and many others, I have filled in network forms, I have a reference number, I have been promised emails, callbacks, follow ups - but nothing has been forthcoming. In my latest Hellopeter complaint, i was promised that it would be handled as a "priority" and that i should expect a call back that day - nothing received. Cell C, you should be ashamed of yourselves for what must be some of the worst service in South Africa.
