1) My handset was collected from the insurance company - 9weeks ago, up until now I havent received any feedback from the insurance and everytime I contact the insurer I have to hold for atleast an hour to be assisted and even when I do get assisted they are unable to assist me.
(2) I've been to the mtn store twice so far and they keep telling me that they will request the insurer to contact me!!!
(3) I've been a contract customer with mtn for 8 years and this was the last straw for me.
(4) I also have an upgrade due but due to the poor after sales service by mtn I've decided to terminate my contract and port to another network.
