ABSA - incredibly poor service

I have been waiting for over 6 days for someone to assist me via email. When I was getting quotes and maybe taking my business away from them, they were very quick to help me - now that I need them to assist me, well, no one comes back to me - I have emailed them over and over again, and no reply. I was hoping that if I put this on Hello Peter, someone may then care enough to assist me. I am moving home and need to know the cover I have asked for has been approved!!! Maybe I need to switch to an insurer who does care? Maybe also, by me putting this on Hello Peter, others may well go to another insurer and avoid the poor service offered or not offered by ABSA Insurance.
