Extremely dissapointed & regret moving to vodaco

I lost my fone a few weeks ago and decided to use my old (out of warranty phone) - Sony Experia x10i. I realised I couldnt access my apps due to the android system being outdated.

After numerous (failed) attempts to download & update the system myself, I was advised through customer care to rather take it to a vodacom repair centre (vodaworld is closer) so the technicians can do the upgrade onsite. I booked in on Sunday 10h01 (i was attended to by Tlakgi), She said it would be ready by 13h00. I came back at 13h36 and was told to wait as it was with an engineer. At 13h55 (i guess they were rushing to knock off), I was told that they had experienced connectivity problems whilst trying to update my software and hence its not ready bu will be ready the next day (Monday 18 Nov).

Well, lets just say its Tuesday today and its almost 14h00 & still N O T H I N G!!!

I have called the 082 1944 numerous times only to be told its still with an engineer, I have asked to speak to the manager & was given Natasha's number 011 653 6948 which just rings. I need an update urgently!!! :( :( :(.
