The reason for my complaint is that the call center is messing me around, my debit order was change to cash payment without my knowledge, and with no payment deducted from my account I was handed over to ITC now I cannot purchase the car that I wanted to just because one person cannot do their job right, I pay my accounts every month with MTN and this is the thanks I get for stupid ignorant people that works at MTN.You people have to send a letter to ITC to say there was a mistake made on my account before I take this to the next level.
