Very impressed!

I called the Vodacom Contact Centre (111) with a data query and spoke to Jacques in the data department. I had bought a promotional data bundle and it did not appear on my balances summary. He confirmed my information and confirmed my purchase on my account and walked me through the process on how I can correctly check my data balance.

At one point I accidentally ended the call and to my surprise he called me back immediately! He resolved my query to my full satisfaction and was very patient. His service is well worth praising! He is truly a great call centre consultant. I usually dread calling call centres but this was a really pleasant experience.
