Could someone PLEASE give me a delivery date on my upgrade device? I logged a complaint on Friday as we were waiting for 2 weeks already & you guys were quick to phone back with promises of the branch getting in contact with us on Friday / Saturday. Guess what??? as expected we received NO feedback from the branch and our HP complaint was promptly closed for being "resolved" and "finalised". Ye right! We went to the branch AGAIN today & the consultant said they are starting to receive stock and will phone when it's been delivered... this after I was promised delivery on 24 /25 March already? Please people, I ordered the device on the 22nd! If you dont have stock of an Item, why the advertise it for upgrade then??? Judging by the amount of complaints against Autopage, I'm hardly the only dissatisfied client around. I wonder what would happen if we all decide to cancel our contracts with AP? Surely there must be a manager or someone we can escalate matters to instead of having call centre staff posting generic answers to complaints & not doing anything more about it?
