Poor Reception / Signal

In Oct 2011 i logged a call with Vodacom (EYKY-59B1EG) to have an aerial erected or improve the signal in the GaMaria (Ditlhokwe), Lefiswane area. Various phone calls, e-mails and stories later, the signal is still extremely poor. Can someone do something about this because it seems like as the community we talk about it and nothing gets done. Last week i called your office and requested someone from your technical department to contact me with an update, needless to say i'm still waiting.
Note that the all was logged over 2 years ago, 2 years!!!
