I found out today that MTN is billing me R14000 for 168 megabytes of data. I logged in to MTN Active and this is confirmed. Even though this is obviously a billing error on their side, MTN refuse to fix the problem until the 7th of December. They have already disconnected me from their network and show no willingness to rectify this situation. I phoned them several times pleading with them to try to resolve this as soon as possible but they keep saying that I must wait till the 7th when my billing period ends. Until then, i'm not able to make any calls or do anything else to solve the problem.
