Cant log any complaint in person

I dont know why there are any Telkom shops or call it kiosk in any centre any pronlem gets referred to you must phone the following number 10210 adn then hang on for ages sometimes it even tell you that you are numebr 223 in line?? imagine that and then you do the order on line/internet and you get an order number 87048773A and no one get back to you even if you asked to be called or escalate the problem
Its similar to a govermnet institution Customer care is non existant Time we get more operators in this country so half of them can loose their jobs Then they will wake up
