Last year i took a contract phone and after losing my job i was unable to pay my account, but i got a job in september and end of the month i paid all the money for the the past months, now my problem is i am unble to get a loan from the banks they are saying that MTN has listed me, so please how long does it take to update my profile because this is affecting me as i have paid the money i owed.please assist
