I wish to downgrade my 1mb "Premium" uncapped data to a 1GB capped bundle effective immediately and was told twice (2 different representatives) from the sales department that this is only possible from the onset of next month!?
I was advised to do this by many people who have already done so for this month, and as such cannot accept said "impossibility".
Furthermore there is nothing premium about the 1mbps uncapped offering except the false-advertising.
