On the 30th of September 2013 I started the whole process of acquiring two white Iphone 5 32G contracts from this company. I was told that they only have one available but would get me the other one from one of their branches. I gave all the necessary paperwork and was then told that one of the Telkom accounts that we have were in arrears, and that the contract would not be considered before this was paid, although the other account was in credit for a bigger amount than the one that wasn't. I paid this immediately and was told that everything was in order and they were just waiting for phones. I wasn't worried yet as I knew that they were keeping the one white Iphone and would get another one from another branch. Then I waited..., and waited..., and waited. If I wanted to know anything about the progression of the deal, I had to go into the shop and enquire. No e-mails, no telephone calls, just nothing from their side to keep me up to date. On Friday, again, I went into the shop to find out what is going on..., and I am sorry to say that I had to get a bit upset to convey how terrible their service was. How can I have confidence in this company again?
