Today i have decided to look at my credit record and to my surprise, I was shocked to find out that
I have a cellphone contract with vodacom through their Mabopane Central City branch. what i fail to understand is how do you open up an account. using someone's ID copy and the information is not queried at all.
I mean how does it get to a point that the sales person does not look at the ID of the applicant or at-least try to verify his or her personal information. Could you please advise as to how does this situation happen. as I'm unable to get answers from vodacom. I mean no background check was done at my workplace. it's more as if the are working at vodacom.
