I have been logging calls to MTN (809) from Monday 11 November. Whereby my airtime, sms and data bundles were not loaded to one of my contracts. After calling back on Wednesday, the data bundle was loaded. But nothing else. I also called back on Thursday and again on Friday and was promised a resolution and a response, again nothing has been done. Zenzele Vilakazi promised me he would come back to me on Friday!!
