Afrihost refuse to call me back

I logged a call KRA-426-58273 about my modem that does not want to connect this morning. I had a reply email a few hours later and they consultant refuse to call me back.

I do business with the device but they refuse to accept the urgency of the matter and call me back to resolve the issue.
