I cannot wait until the 20th of this month so that i can change my service provider away from Cell C. I have never in my life experienced such bad customer service from any company before. Even since my last complaint and entire month has passed without a single call or even an F.U from Cell C.
People need to start realizing that its not the cheapest Cellular provider that is best. Does every one buy a cheap car??? No you buy a car because of what it offers. Cell C might be cheap. Well yes Cell C is cheap in any way you look at it. Do not use Cell C. They will leave you in the dark ages with no cellular coverage. 1200 base stations in the last year? Well you could have fooled me!!! Clearly Cell C is only bluffing their customers.
