As mentioned this is my 6 th post on hellopeter to resolve the matter. So the last promise was:
Cell C/PN's promise

We apologise for the unsatisfactory service and inconvenience caused. A follow up request has been sent to Blanche. Do expect to hear from her soon and be assured this will be sorted."
Blanche's promise 2 weeks ago: To replace my modem, have it delivered to me and compensate me for my actual expenses incurred.
Actual action taken by Cell C: Blanche did not contact me, no modem or refund was given, but I did get a sms saying that they have booked in the modem for repair (9th time I get this sms over a 4 month period)
