WHERE IS MY PHONE?

On 2 April 2013 my sister renewed my son's cell contract with MTN at MTN Observatory by Tariq Arend. The phone was activated in Cape Town and apparently courier via RTT to MTN Walmer Park, Port Elizabeth. Three weeks later the phone has still not arrived. Bronwyn Serfontein at Walmer Park has been very helpful in trying to solve this - but Tariq continously does not answer his phone when she tries to find out where the phone is. He apparantly sent it to Vredenburg in the Western Cape?? Surely it would be possible to put the phone back on a truck and send it to Walmer Park? MTN isn't concerned at all - SO they will be billing me for the phone, which they have not delivered. In my mind this is plain and. I have logged 2 complaints with MTN head office and have yet to receive the courtesy of a reply. No one at MTN is interested in customer service and I have absolutely no recourse with MTN Observatory as they refuse to answer their phone. My son & I have been to Walmer Park on 4 occassions and they will clearly not refund my petrol, nor my phone bills spent on trying to find the phone. They are happy to my money for goods not received.
