We have a office premicell - 0829069738
This expired in 2005, we have no one contact us to upgrade or been offered any services or benefits from this premicell unit.
I contact Nashua mobile to get back to me on this 13/11/2013, I get told someone will call me back.
When I contact them again 15/11/2013 to say maybe we should just cancel this unit because no one wants to call us? I get told:
"Should you wish to cancel please just send me a cancellation request on a company letter head and I will load the deactivation. I apologise for the inconvenience"
This is how much you are valued as a client at Nashua mobile after being with them for over 10 years???
