Not receiving emails

I have a mtn 2gb data bundle contract, if I send emails to my adress [URL Removed] it show that the adress is blacklisted, I phoned MTN several times said they will call me back to assist me, nobody called still sitting with the same problem and I am loosing buisness, Hope this mail will help to sort out my problem
