New very unhappy client

I saw all these specials that Cell C had since last year and decided to go over to them but it seems that I have made a huge mistake.
Firstly I wanted to have a cell c email adress but it seems that they don't offer this now I am still sitting with my previous networks email adress and I am using 2 simcards 1 being cell c to receive emails and 1 being Mtn to sent emails this is totally not on as I need to purchase airtime for 2 networks what was the reason than for my move. I queried this with the staff at Facebook and they asked someone to come back to me no one did.
I also see that even before I log on data is dissapearing I queried this and now I am being refered from pillar to post by the the staff at facebook, I also left message at the local offices weeks ago and no one came back to me
