On Sunday 17 November 2013, i bought the supposedly "unlimited' 24 hour deal, as i had to view an online teaching, which was very important to me and my wife. Much to our surprise, we could not even connect! We tried viewing something else and we couldn't. i tried downloading some small stuff, the speed was SO SLOW that it went overnight and then disconnected - a document of only 3mb couldn't download!
My question is: WHAT DID I PAY R50 FOR? THIS DEAL IS CLEARLY A RIP OFF AND NOT IN LINE WITH TCF! I DEMAND A FULL REFUND AND APOLOGY, AS WE NOT ONLY MISSED THE TEACHING BUT CANNOT SHOW ANYTHING THAT WE GOT OUT OF OUR UNLIMITED DEAL!
DO YOU EVEN KNOW WHAT THE WORD UNLIMITED MEANS AND/OR IMPLIES?
