On the 04/11/2013 I phoned the call centre to report a fault with my line. Got ref no 456crk1113 NO FEEDBACK then on the 07/11/2013 i phoned again and again on the 11/11/2010 and 14/11/2013 ALL I GET IS SORRY FOR THE INCONVIENIENCE I WILL NOT PAY THE ACCOUNT FOR END NOVEMBER THEN MY WORDS WILL BE SO SORRY FOR INCONVIENIENCE Telkom cant expect me to pay full amount if i cant use the service and this will not be the first time telkom charged me for a full month after i have waited more than a month for them to move my line even though i did mot use the service i had to pay THIS STOPS HERE WHEN I TRIED TO PHONE (5 TIMES) TODAY 18/11/2013 THERE WAS NO ANSWER I'M GETTING SICK AND TIRED REGARDING THIS ISSUE COULD SOMEONE RESOLVD THIS NOW AND NOT TELL ME SO SORRY
