I signed up with the Unlimited's Double deal in about April/May I think, and never ever received the Welcome pack or whatever it is. I dont even know my user name/I.D due to this and have never used the deal because of this. Every month I am paying for it and paied the initial fee and I have received nothing. I would like my membership cancelled due to this poor service.
