On 8 November 2013 I went to the Vodacom shop in Carnival Mall. I applied for a laptop deal. The deal was approved and I was advised that the machine would need to be ordered and would take a week or perhaps two. It is now nearly a month later and I have not had any feedback from the Vodashop. I have tried to call them but each time the phone just rings.
I managed to speak to Melody about a week ago who said she would escalte the matter to head office. I have still not heard from her.
The deal I applied for was for HP Pavilion with a router for R450 per month. The deal was released on 8 november, so I cannot understand why Vodacom cannot supply the laptop.
To make matters worse, I have not had feedback from the branchj except for one SMS, just after the deal was approved. I can never reach the reach as they dont answer their phones. Melody who claims to be the shop manager has still not come back to me.
I fail to understand why I have follow up, call and now log a complaint on Hello Peter. IUt seems that I only ever get a response when I use this forum.
Is client service no longer important?
