For just over 3 months I have been fighting with MTN about my account and everyone including Levuyu whom I have spoken to this evening (16/11/13) does not care at all about service. My account has been spiralling even though I buy data bundles monthly the data that I am being charged for - does not reflect. I have contacted MTN 6-7 times about this but just get told that I use the data. It is to my knowledge impossible to use 1gb data within 10 minutes as I have tonight; seeing that I also have wifi at home. Please could someone help as people like Levuyu definitely has no idea of customer service.
