I took contract phone in 27 July 213, it was captured incorectely now the device is faulty, when I took device for repairs the told me this at Maponya mall, When i asked them to fix their mistake at maponya mall (8ta) the lady called 8ta store at east gate, afta the call, she told me to come afta Monday 18 nov as they must wait for manager to come to work on mon n authorize their mistake.i regret taking contract with 8ta I should have went withVodacom as I've always.i shouldn't have exp this.as I'm working mon to fri I guess I'll have to sit without a fone the whole week but if it was the other way around I would be in ITC by now.
