On Monday we realised that our decoder ws nt working and yesterday we took it to maponya mall. The consultant confirmed that the decoder ws faulty and asked if we do have insurance, we responded by saying ys but upon checking on the system he told us that Graham Jacobs removed it by mistake whn we went to Randburg previously to sort out a decoder problem. The consultant said he cant help us and we hve to go back to Randburg as they r the ones who messed up. I asked if he cant call randburg and he refused. I asked to speak to a superior and a lady asked this guy but he still refused to help using his own system. This lady asked another gentleman who offered to personally take our decoder to randburg and borrow us another one. But whn we gog home the decoder that had been borrowed to us had a different cable so now this is day 4 without us viewing a service that we in fact paid fo
