Branch Error but now inconviencing the client

Visited the store on Friday and they advertised a Samsung E2220 on a top up contract for R135 p/m with a R1800 voucher. Went to store on Saturday with my wife to upgrade then the game was offline with vodacom. Went back on Sunday morning, still offline but then my complaint. Accoding to the lady I think Jasmine, that phone is not in the broshure and it's advertised as R315.00 with a voucher of R2500. She then said that the price tag was not suppose to for R135 R1800 voucher. I then said but it was advertised the whole weekend for R135 R1800 voucher and I want that deal. She then went to the manager on duty and he in return explain to me sorry they made a error and can't be rectified because it's Vodacom that load it on the system and can't be changed. My thing, I don't care about Vodacom its your error so give me what I want. Just sorry i need to take another deal but in the mean time they took of the advert if R135. This is unexceptable as i will take this further because myself as a client is protected according CPA. I even took a photo that shows the phone being advertised as R135 = R1800 voucher. JUST SORRY WE WERE WRONG NO CAN DO THIS IS THE END GOODBYE MR CUSTOMER
