Was given the wrong Phone

I purchased a blackberry Z10 STL 100 - 2LTE 4G i am good with gadgets and i knew the model i wanted when i took out my contract. It happen that my phone was snatched out of my car window since i had insurance i claimed for the specific model i was using i drove to rosebank after my claim was approved to collect but it wasn't in stock. I tried Ghandi square, Cresta, Killanney mall all these shops did not have the LTE. the lady from insurance offered to get it delivered to me at home but i had to wait 2day not on that line is my life business and all personal things come through my line so i declined as it was too far. I went to clear water and i made it very clear that i wanted an LTE and they said they have it in stock the manager even confirmed with the agent Sbongile. They did a sim swap and told me to wait 3 hours before activation so i just carried the packet home when i opened after 3 hours i found a Z10 STL100 a 3G the lowest range of the model inside. i called to notify them and they said they will order me the LTE im still waiting 4 days later. I want my STL100-2LTE 4G Z10!
