Horrible After Service

I logged a complain via Hello [URL Removed] and Mantoa told me i"it has been logged and sum1 will get back to me" I still have not heard from MTN. I have phoned on numerous times, speaking to Lebogang Mongatane, Sharieka Dickenson, Lucky Matsemela and Bongani without great joy. I have sent numerous emails and still nobody bothers to get back to me. They are glad to bill me for the horrible service. The latest trend is that I only get credited on the 15th instead of as agreed on the 13th monthly.
I should have stayed with Autopage because their service was pathetic, but sumone always ultimately listned and responded. With MTN, NOBODY CARES, as long as they get their money, nobody deserves services!
