The last 3 weeks has been horrible trying to get any kind of feedback from Resolution. No one bothers to answer my emails which I send to every possible email address I have, NO one bothers even answering my Hello Peter complaints. Phoning the medical aid is worse then going to the dentist as I wait up to 24 minutes before even getting anyone to answer the phone, just to have them put me on hold after every query and getting absolutely nowhere just a massive phone bill. But how glad was I when Thandeka Ntintili answered one of my emails, and after replying to her with all my questions, she emailed me back within 2 days with news that the problem has been resolved.
