I reported my internet/ADSL fault on Wednesday morning 13 Nov and received a fault report number. Until today, Friday 15 November 12h20, I have still not been contacted by Telkom on when this fault will be repaired. I have tried to contact the Customer Service (10210) to track the fault, but I'm either kept holding (15 minutes) or there are no consultants available to take the call. This is very frustrating as I need my internet sorted out.
