THIS IS A 2ND IPAD MINI FROM THIS SUPPLIER THAT HAS FROZEN WITHIN A MONTH OF GETTING IT, INTERRUPTING MY USAGE FOR OVER A WEEK TODAY THAT I CONTINUE TO PAY FOR AND THE FACT THAT I NEED TO ENDURE THIS AND GO ALL THE WAY BACK TO BOULDERS EACH TIME IS UNACCEPTABLE.ALL WITHOUT APOLOGY!
AGAIN, There were NO chips at the back as was confirmed with the Vodashop consultant who took it in last Friday, YET THEY CALIM THERE WERE, SO THEIR HANDLING OF GOODS IS? ALSO, AGAINTHERE WAS A SCREEN PROTECTOR WHICH THEY DONT WANT TO REPLACE BACK., WHO MUST AS THEY KEEP GIVING FAULTY UNITS? I AM HEAVILY PREGNANT AND HAVE MOVED FROM THE AREA, PLEASE ENSURE YOU GIVE ME A UNIT WHICH IS NOT FAULTY AND WONT OUT THROUGH ALL THIS AGAIN... THE APPLE STORE IN VODAWORLD SAY THEY NEVER HAVE SUCH ISSUES AND REPLACE THEIR FAULTY UNITS ALMOST immediately... SO WHAT IS THE DEAL HERE...
ALSO, VODACOM HAS COMPLETELY IGNORED THE IN MY NAME WHICH I REPORTED LAST TIME MY IPAD WAS FAULTY, I HAVE REPORTED TO SAPS, BUT CANT BELIEVE VODACOM'S CARELESSNESS AND WILL SUE SHOULD I GET LISTED FOR SOMEONE'S ACCOUNT BEING ON MY ID WITHOUT THEM DOING ANYTHING ABOUT IT!
