I have 6 contracts with Vodacom and spend a lot of money with Vodacom. However my daughters 4 month old Blackberry has been faulty since the start. Each time you have to book it in and get the same faulty unit back. Why cant they replace the unit? They expect me to pay for it for over 2 years yet it doesnt work.
We should all cancel our Vodacom contracts when they breach it in this matter.
