Not impressed with the after service

Ive recently taken out a contract with vodacom in march this year and on the fifth month i started having problems with the phone it went in for repairs and still came back faulty, i took back to them and then they sent it to johannesburg, they replaced me with a refurbished unit, i wasnt very impressed by that as it was within cpa that i get a brand new phone, 3 weeks after having the phone im still having a problem again with it, i demand that i get a brand new phone and not a refurbished set My prev job no is 9199151, im still paying a contract on it, and if hey dont give me a new phone i will want to cancel tht contract and have nothin to do with vodacom
