UNACCEPTABLE SERVICE

After trying to open a contract (Business 250 for the Galaxy S4) we were told to get Stamped bank statements... 10 minutes after returning our assitant had already left for lunch without informing us!? So we were helped by a helpful lady who unforunately couldn't process our details because the Package Code didn't exist on the system!!? After a lengthy (1 hour process of finding it) we were told that we were "not declined, but not approved" following this we were told "we will call you to pick up ur phone by 5pm latest"... That was on wednesday 13 November... We tried contacting the branch with no success as even the Customer care centre doesn't have a direct land line to the store... So we went in, Only to find Tebogho would be in at 11... 11am came and went, still no Tebogho. We have no clue what is happening with out contract!!? And if this is how we have to fight just to receive what we're paying for, we'll gladly take out business elsewhere! Totally unacceptable service!! Should this not be attended to by midday tomorrow consider our business taken else where!
