OnSaturday the 2nd of November I was told that should I enter into a contract for the Galaxy tab 3.10.1 it would be available in a week. Today is the 19th of November 14 working days since I was told this. Firstly, nobody has followed up with me and let me know where I am in the process. Secondly, I have struggled contacting Mtn Century City and when I have eventually made it through to the store I have been told they have not received stock. I understand that this is a normal business problem and at times these things do happen, however for a customer to wait 14 working days for an item which was advertised in the November brochure is unacceptable and I would expect better service from a company like Mtn.
