I would just like to bring to the attention of people who wish to take out the samsung galaxy s4 on contract to ask lots of questions about billing. The sales person never told me about how high my bill will come due to data charges. 200 mg is nothing. It is very deceiving. And I cannot even change to prepaid until im 6 months into the contract.
