Failure to allocate data

I have now had 4 occasions where data on a monthly contract has not been allocated to my account. My contract with Vodacom is that I pay them R199 per month they give me 3gb of data, quite simple!
Unfortunately not so. I pay but they do not supply the data without continuous complaints.
Due this there have been 3 times in the past few months when I have had to buy extra data to remain connected, cost to me in addition to my contract 3 x R99
In Jan I purchased extra data as I had used up my allocation. Although this apparently has been allocated, I am still connected. It does not show on the website. after 4 complaints and promises it has been escalated I was finally informed yesterday there is a general system fault and remaining promo data does not show on the website.
The saga continues, although I was promised yesterday my 3gb for Feb would be allocated today this has not happened.
The Vodacom system is the best in my area. However I cannot continue like this. Due to Vodacom, unless something changes dramatically I will be installing an adsl line and moving to Telkom.
