It seems like the only time i get a response from Vodacon, is when i post on this site. One of my contracts expired on 8 Nov 2013. At first i decided to upgrade, but then informed Vodacom that i would like to cancel the contract and that i want the number to be converted to pay as you go. I have tried to get this done, for the past week. I sent emails and called a thousand times! I please want to Cancel this contract!!! Is it sooo difficult??? No one contact me on my emails. I am really really fed up with Vodacom, They keep on telling me to pay cancellation fees! And i keep on asking them to send the courier to collect the handset. Without any luck. Please assist??
