I got the sony experia z on contract about 3 months ago. About 3 to 4 weeks ago it stopped charging so I took it into the branch. They booked it in for repairs and gave it back to me after a week and a few days later.it charged for a day then had the same problem so I took it back and was promised a response or result early this week.i tried calling the number on the paperwork no response. Called 808 for a contact number was given a jeffreys bay number so called back and and was told the branch doesnt exist. I finally got a number that rang with no response so I went to the shop to be told the lady with the answer as to the progress made on my phone is off the whole week but I must wait for a response today sometime which Ive yet to recieve. I tried calling all the numbers given to me again but no response to even an sms meaning I once again have to drive to the branch for a progress report. I am not a rude customer but mtn is driving me in that direction by force.
