Upgraded on the 1st of November to a S4 mini. I realized the phone is ringing very soft, so i went back to the store and the sales consultant Nadia told me there's nothing wrong with the phone. Went home again and phoned my daughter who works at Vodacom. she said its not suppose to ring that soft with everything set to the loudest. Went back the following day to Nadia and once again i was sent away. I asked for the manager and he refuses to come out of the office to speak to me. On the 6th they took my phone in and told me it will take 2 weeks. Today i phoned and Nadia told me i can collect my new phone. After i did the setup on my new S4 mini i realized the sound was even softer than the previous phone on the loudest setting.went back and they refuse to help me. If there wasn't a fault on the previous phone, why did they give me a new phone?? Why does the manager hide in his office and refuse to speak to me? In your adverts it shows its R289 fot the S4mini with 150 mb and 200airtime, but nadia told me from march i will be paying R390 for this upgrade with R200 airtime. Why cant i go over to the package advertised? i want to cancel my contract immediately!!! this is very poor service!
