I brought my phone in last week monday. It is barely 2 months old. It was overheating and i took it to teh Cresta branch to have it serviced/repaired/replaced. I supplied the box with all other inclusions from delivery. I have received no feedback or response about what is outstanding or needed or even how far it is thus far. Today i tried calling the Cresta Branch on 0114758124. This was provided to me as their number. Each time I call there is literally no answer or response. Finally I get hold of a guy from teh reapirs side in head office. He said that there is nothing he can do as there is one document still missing from the store. This was never told to me and neither did I receive any contact in any form whatsoever. This is highly unacceptable as I expect to have feedback or even a follow up. I am after all still a customer of MTN and a paying customer. Please attend to this urgently.
